KSR Social Security and Institutional Consultancy Services Inc. has started its business operations as of the date of 02.10.2017. The main structure of the company was established by Hasan Hüseyin KANAR, the Chairman, and by Hanife SALMAN as the Vice Chairman. We have been established to provide professional services together with our legal and technical staff based on sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of legislation, and we provide all kinds of consultancy services to many organizations in the private and public sector within our area of expertise.

As a company, we carry out the following activities with the main headings: follow-up of the minimum labor processes of private buildings and constructions built by tendering, ensuring that İşKur and SSI Incentives are used by employers correctly and with maximum benefit, performing the risk analysis which is necessary to prevent companies to default on a loan against the legislation, providing circular services related to Labor and Social Security Law, Foreign Borrowing Procedures to be performed by Turkish Workers who work or have been abroad through SSI for Retirement, bringing parties together in all commercial relations and mediating their mutual agreements with the aid of Payroll Services.

Who is Hasan Hüseyin KANAR, one of the partners of our firm? Who is Hanife SALMAN? in response to these questions, their mini-resumes and backgrounds concerning their work experience are given below.

Hasan Hüseyin KANAR, was born in 1971 in Konya Karapınar; he started to work at SSK as an Assistant Inspector in 1995, and ended his public service at SSK voluntarily as Chief Supervisor in May 2016. He started his consultancy life in order to evaluate his 22 years of professional knowledge and experience in the private sector. In KSR Social Security and Institutional Consultancy Services Inc., which he founded as the founding partner and Chairman, he started his new business with our Vice Chairman Hanife SALMAN who is his partner to continue his individual business life in a more professional way. Hasan Hüseyin KANAR, our Chairman, has published articles in many journals, and continued his education life, which he started in Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance, by studying for master’s degree in Marmara University, Department of Social Insurance. He completed his master’s degree on "How to Benefit from Private Insurance System in terms of Substitution of Social Insurance with regard to Efficiency and Proficiency of Services". He has Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate and Qualified Instructor Certificate for Occupational Safety Specialists and Occupational Physicians and also works as an Expert Witness. He is married and has two children. He speaks intermediate English. Within the scope of social responsibility, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Konya Karapınarlılar Association for Solidarity and Assistance in Istanbul.

Hanife SALMAN, was born in 1960 in Istanbul; In 1999, she started to work as the first Female Social Insurance Consultant in Turkey. Until the establishment of our company, she provided solutions to the problems concerning especially social insurance of large firms in Turkey through her own company called Salman Consultancy, then she aimed to continue her commercial activities in our workplace called KSR Social Security and Institutional Consultancy Services Inc., established by collaborating, on the purpose of evaluating her marketing skills and experience in the commercial market. She has two children and she has worked as the President and Vice President of women's branch in many non-governmental organizations. She is currently a board member of the International Federation of Down Syndrome, a board member and the President of the Women's Branch, General Vice President of TÜMKİAD (All Development and Businessmen and Entrepreneurs Association) and the General Vice President of TARIMKON (International Agriculture and Food Confederation).
