The minimum labor practice is one of the methods applied by the Social Security Institution in struggling against unregistered employment.
If there is a difference between the labor amount actually reported by the employer and determined by the SSI in the minimum labor inspections
and researches conducted by the SSI, after the premium calculated over the labor amount is collected from the employer the difference is
based on the warranty return for the works subject to the tender and a “clearance letter” is given based on obtaining an occupancy permit
in building constructions. Consultancy services are provided during the period of minimum labor notification, unemployment certificate
and minimum labor reconciliation and objection in tender and construction works. In works related to construction and other workplaces,
in the minimum labor researches conducted by the Social Security Institution Managements and in the minimum labor examinations made

Incentive Consultancy
A wide range of legal regulations have been made on reducing employment costs, increasing the participation of young people and women in the labor force,
encouraging vocational and technical education, ensuring the employability of the handicapped, preventing layoffs due to the economic crisis,
encouraging R&D activities, and incentives and supports for insurance premium. Considering these incentives and supports; it is observed that a portion
of which is temporary or permanent, o portion of which is applied regional or across Turkey, some of them are dependent on additional employment,
employing workers with a certain age and qualification, some of them are subject to the condition that the premium document is given
and the premium debt is paid within the legal period, in some cases only one incentive can be used, in some cases more than one premium incentive can be used
for the same worker at the same time, while some of the incentives are regulated in the social security legislation, some of them are regulated
in different legislation. This situation makes the monitoring of the legislation difficult and the choices to be made difficult. Regarding the applicability
of all these incentives to your workplace and preparing a substructure for the applications, we provide consultancy services with our expert staff

2-) 5% premium support and additional premium support according to law no. 6486 regarding workers taken abroad.
3-) Premium support where the entire employer's share (corresponding to 15.5% of the gross total wage) is covered by İş-Kur,
together with the 5 points of 5510 incentive for men aged 18-29 and women over 18 according to bag law no. 6111,
4-) R&D premium incentive according to law no. 5746,
5-) R&D premium incentive for handicapped according to law no. 4857,
6-) Incentive support for the provinces where additional 6% premium support will be applied by taking into account
the additional socio-economic index according to law no. 6486,
7-) Incentive premium support, in which all of the insurance premium to be paid for both the insured and the employer is covered by İş-Kur according to decree law no. 687
8-) In accordance with the provisions added to Article 42 of Law No. 7103 and Provisional Article 19 of Law No. 4447, incentive premium supports
in which all of the social security premiums to be paid by the insured and the employer for the minimum wage earners covering a longer period
in the manufacturing and informatics sectors, and the entire income tax to be paid by the insured is covered by the government,
9-) incentive premium supports, in which the insurance premium support to be paid for the employer as much as the number of days benefited
from the allowance for who return to their normal weekly working hours is covered by İş-Kur, for private sector workplaces applied
for short-time working allowance or cash wage support before 07.01.2020 according to law no. 7252,
A cumulative evaluation is made for our employers regarding the incentives listed under the main headings above, and the incentive element that will provide
the maximum benefit is determined separately for each month so we provide significant financial gains by reducing the premium expenses of our employers
who are afraid of experiencing problems in the current situation and in the future by making a wrong practice despite the complexity of the incentive legislation
by sending a list of monthly premium and service documents to our employers at least three days before submitting them to the Institution.
